Being Spirit filled or being led by the Spirit of God is regularly spoken in gospel preaching churches today. But what does that phrase mean? Can it be touched or seen? How can we know for sure if we are filled with the Spirit? As is often the case with things that are considered vital to the Christian life, the Bible speaks very little about the subject. In fact, Paul is the first one to use the word spiritual. The writers of the four Gospels did not use it nor the book of Acts. Strange indeed when so much emphasis is placed on being spiritual that even Jesus never used it - is it not? Ron McRay is an expert at making difficult subjects easier to understand and grasp. As a pastor himself for more than 35 years, he came to the realization that much of what he had been taught and was teaching did not agree with the Bible. With a new view of scripture and deep study he was able to find many gems of knowledge that had been hiding in plain sight all along. Ron has written over 30 books on different Bible subjects. The Good Life is a book that uses scripture alone to reveal insights that have never been taught before.
