Through my work in coaching and memoir writing, and through the lens of Ignatian spirituality, I have seen how writing becomes more than words on a page. It can be prayer. It can heal wounds. It can connect generations.

You do not need to be a professional writer to begin. What you need is openness: a willingness to pause, look back, and ask, "Where was God in this moment of my life?" The tools and prompts in these pages are here to help you notice, reflect, and write with honesty and faith.
