THE ROMAN ICOSAHEDRON. THE IMPERIAL DEVICE THAT RULED OVER THE DRUIDS (en Inglés) - COLECTIVO AVELLANEDA

In 1953, near Arloff, Germany, a five-centimeter bronze object was exhumed. It entered the Rheinisches Landesmuseum in Bonn classified as a Roman dodecahedron, and it remained so for four decades. Until a mathematician noticed something decisive: that object did not have twelve faces, but twenty.

This icosahedron is the only complete specimen found to date.

Without explaining the relationship this singular bronze piece has with the famous Roman dodecahedra, any theory on the matter is left mutilated and incomplete from its very foundation.

What this book explains in detail is how the system that both objects formed actually worked. The icosahedron as the master calibration instrument; the dodecahedra as local execution tools. Together, they made it possible to determine the celestial milestones that structured the calendar in provinces where time was simultaneously a matter of state and a cultural battleground.
