Antoni Konecne is an Iowa resident and native with over 25 years of experience in the restaurant business. Beginning in the 1980's as a bus boy and dish washer, he now serves as the GM of a high volume, casual restaurant in Ankeny, Iowa. Antoni is an expert in many areas of business operations including customer service, guest recovery, team development, training, and sales growth. There are many books out there written by CEO's for wannabe CEO's. Tons of manuscripts exist written by celebrity owners, chefs, and leadership gurus aimed at current leaders, managers and people who have already made it past the bottom rungs of The Hospitality Ladder. Antoni began writing The Hospitality Ladder as an introspective exercise to inspect the elements of his own experience and further develop his skills. As the work progressed, it took on a life of it's own. He realized that the inner power he used to overcome his past and dismantle the roadblocks in his life could help transform the lives of others. His trials and triumphs, successes and failures, mistakes and self-imposed roadblocks are laid out for you in the hope that you can use that experience to make improvements in your own professional and personal life.
