Published in 1889, this is a catalogue of stars in the Cape of Good Hope zone, observed from 1871 to 1883 at the Royal Observatory, Cape of Good Hope, South Africa, by astronomer Edward James Stone. This catalogue was the final result of great labour, and gives the positions of nearly 12,000 stars.
