The collection of those explanations in a book, it is what is called Targum. Thus, Targum is an ancient Aramaic paraphrase of the Hebrew Bible. So, if you want to understand those difficult verses of the Bible from a very reliable source, back by centuries of use in synagogues. The Targum is the ideal tool!
