Lucy R. Lippard (Nueva York, 1937) es una escritora, crítica de arte, comisaria y activista estadounidense, reconocida por su papel pionero en el arte conceptual y el feminismo artístico. A lo largo de su carrera, ha publicado más de 20 libros sobre arte contemporáneo, activismo, feminismo y política cultural. Ha recibido numerosos premios y reconocimientos, incluyendo la Beca Guggenheim (1968), el Premio Frank Jewett Mather de la College Art Association (1975), el Distinguished Feminist Award (2012) y el Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award for Writing on Art (2015) .
