A prerequisite for using these methods is that a motivational relation already exists.Motivational Work is suitable as course literature for social workers, correctional workers, treatment personnel in psychiatry, hospital staff and police; in other words, for all categories of people who meet unmotivated clients in their work.At the same time, the book is aimed at academic education linked with psychology; for example, courses in psychology and medical training as well as economics and management programs. Motivational work is a general psychological theory with which professionals should be familiar whenever they work a lot with people.
