Reseña del libro "Learning to Love: The Life Journey of Pastor sam Floyd (en Inglés)"
Samuel Floyd didn't have an easy life. Coming from a childhood in a blended family, working in potato fields along with his ten siblings, Sam learned to make-do. He learned lessons about life, hard work and God, in a restrictive, Pentecostal environment under a preacher-Dad, who didn't spare the rod. Sam detested being a pastor's kid and vowed NEVER to walk that path. He forgot, however, to take divine interference into account in his plans, and by amazing twists and turns ended up in the pulpit, himself. Sam's story is about how God used all the events of his life, from poverty, to the draft and major physical challenges to refine an incredible, gentle man, who loved unreservedly. In Sam's story, there is a thread of hope and redemption for everyone. There isn't any circumstance that stands in the way of God's creative genius... and Sam was a wonderful example of that. With text and photos illustrating the story, the reader can follow Sam through the maze of experience that made him the man he became.
