Reseña del libro "Ashmolean Museum: In Bloom Wall Calendar 2027 (Art Calendar) (en Inglés,)"

Beautiful works from the Dutch Masters with a contemporary twist. A new calendar from Flame Tree, created with the Ashmolean Museum.

This fascinating wall calendar features 12 beautiful images by the Dutch Masters from the Ashmolean Museum collections. Informative text accompanies each work and the datepad features previous and next month’s views. Printed on FSC-certified paper, with plastic-free packaging.

The Ashmolean began when the wealthy antiquary Elias Ashmole (1617–92) gifted his collection to the University of Oxford in 1682. It was then combined with an older University collection that included Guy Fawkes’ lantern. Today, the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology houses Western Art, Eastern Art, Antiquities, Cast Gallery and the Coin Room. The beautiful paintings from the Dutch Masters in this calendar are from the 17th century. Informative text accompanies each work and the datepad features previous and next month’s views. Printed on FSC-certified paper, with plastic-free packaging.
