Afincado en Londres, también trabaja como locutor y sus cortometrajes han sido emitidos por cadenas tan prestigiosas como la BBC y Al Jazeera International. Sus anteriores libros fueron una biografía de Pelé y un ensayo sobre el fútbol en Brasil.
