Antonio Manzini (Roma, 1964) es un actor, director y escritor italiano. Estudió en la Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio d'Amico, donde fue alumno de Andrea Camilleri. Inició su carrera como actor en cine y televisión en los años 90, participando en diversas producciones italianas.

Como escritor, Manzini ha destacado en el género de la novela negra. Es conocido por la serie protagonizada por el subjefe de policía Rocco Schiavone, que comenzó con "Pista negra" (2013) y continuó con títulos como "La costilla de Adán" (2014) y "Una primavera de perros" (2015). En 2016, recibió el Premio Chiara por "Cinque indagini romane per Rocco Schiavone". Su obra más reciente, "Ah l’amore l’amore" (2019), sigue las investigaciones de Schiavone.
