One nagging issue prevails throughout: How can someone be so completely insensitive to the hurt caused to others while pursuing their own dreams? Innocence and betrayal; hypocrisy and self-denial are but four words that help to provide a fascinating answer to the question and an attention-grabbing ending to the story.
