From the direct environmental damage to damages to wildlife to future damage we can't predict because long-term studies were never carried out, this book points out the questions we should be demanding answers for from our government and questions how such a potentially damaging industry has been installed with little difficulty from typical watchdogs like environmental groups and the EPA. While these seem like very adult concerns, this book presents a side of environmentalism most children are not exposed to today.
