The whole motive behind the book is to help the younger and newer followers of the Mahanubhav Panth to understand its basic principles.At another level, this book shares how to connect to a higher consciousness by elevating our awareness and understanding of reality. It is important for us to understand the mechanism of cosmos, so that we can keep our thoughts aligned with the mechanism and embrace the process.The main aim is to move us closer to the supreme soul- Sri Krishna and to connect ourselves to a higher self. To live spiritually, one needs to understand Self, and realise consciousness. That appears to be the only way. And after understanding the whole process, we will not feel we are conditioned by the society or social practices. We will feel emancipated from expectations, and everything will gradually tune in.Once we have such an understanding and reasoning, it becomes easier for us to practice.
