You already know most of what's inside of it but you have never really thought about them in detail. That's where I come in; to rescue you from the prancing waves of this fast-paced world. Each essay will bring you somewhere else in some other time. You will be temporarily relieved of your pain and you will see from someone else's eyes. After reading this book, you will have realized a few but important things: you will realize that life is simple and that you have the power to change it. And I hope by the time you close this book, it leaves a smile in your face and that you are ready to face the world again.
