This book began as a notebook where I wrote down everything that inspired me from any book that I was reading. The notebook developed into my greatest source of inspiration during a very difficult period in my life. Everyone has low points in his or her life. That is a given. What we do during our low points is really the key to our future. Charles Haanel wrote, "If you wish to change conditions you must change yourself. Your whims, your wishes, your fancies, your ambitions may be thwarted at every step, but your inmost thoughts will find expression just as certainly as the plant springs from the seed." We choose our life just as we choose our thoughts and make our choices. Use this book to become inspired and begin to live the life you always wanted to live. Open it to any page and start reading the thoughts that inspired countless people before you and me. If a particular author resonates with you, look up and read the books he wrote. His work is bound to encourage and direct you even more. I sincerely hope and pray that each person who reads these writings will also be as inspired as I was to face each day with confidence, joy and peace, for there is so much that is good in this world.
