This book is a major supplement to Beyond Octonion Cosmology. It provides more detail on important topics in Octonion Cosmology. Octonion Cosmology has been shown to give a complete theory of Elementary Particles and Gravitation for our universe and the enclosing Megaverse. The topics in this book include: 1. The theory of our universe, NEWQUeST, exhibits a form similar to the form of a two strand (double helix) DNA four base pair fragment. NEWQUeST may be said to prefigure DNA-based Life in our universe, and possibly in the Megaverse-modulo the eight dimension space-time of the Megaverse that might influence DNA chemistry. Life is favored at the deepest level!2. It provides a detailed description of the expansion of the universe as a particle resonance. It shows that in the beginning an essential singularity caused the universe to initially appear as a WKB wave function.
