Dr. Robinson authored this dissertation as part of his doctoral study for which he received a Doctor of Education Concentration in Organizational Leadership and Specialization in Human Resource Development at Nova Southeastern University. A United States Navy veteran and adjunct professor at George Mason University, Dr. Keith E. Robinson dedicates this book to his beloved mother, Mrs. Patricia Viola Robinson.
