Introduction This book research any countries culture improvement can assist themselves economic growth. I shall follow three aspects to research this question. The first aspect researches whether the country researches talent human experiment which can help any businessmen to raise productivity or efficiency. The second aspect researches whether the country encourages employers apply high technological environment, it can raise productivities or efficiencies, the final researches whether the country encourages over time working environmental culture, whether it can raise productivities or efficiencies. The first research aspect concerns how talent human can be created successful. What are the differences between talent human and common human IQ? How to evaluate the person has special talented human and excellent abilities? What aspects do we need to train talent human to attribute our society? Which kinds of talent human shortage to our society nowadays? Our future will need different kinds of talent human to attribute their abilities to let our society to develop in success. So, future talent skillful training is very important . If our future society can train talent human in success, then our society will have more chance to achieve any impossible missions, e.g. Mar living exploration, undiscovered natural resource exploration, artificial intelligent technological development, new medical medicine invention etc. different missions, which is waiting our talent humans attribute their unique knowledge to achieve these any one of missions in success. Hence, talent human training is essential. How can we train talent human in success. We must know what methods will have possible to achieve training any kinds of talent human in success. This first research will indicate some methods to explain how to achieve training talent human plan in success. It is suitable to any readers have interest to know what methods can train talent human in possible success. This second research explains any countries culture improvement can assist themselves economic growth, in special high technological productive environmental culture. I shall follow three aspects to research this question. The first aspect researches whether the country researches talent human experiment which can help any businessmen to raise productivities or efficiencies. The second aspect researches whether the country encourages employers apply high technological environment, it can raise productivities or efficiencies, the final researches whether the country encourages over time working environmental culture, whether it can raise productivities or efficiencies. The final research concerns whether labors abnormal long time working hours working culture which can influence society economic growth and raises productivity in long time. Why do I choose to research this topic? Because I discovered many employers need labors to increase working hours to work often, such as China, Hong Kong etc. developing countries. Although, they feel this method will help them to reduce to spend salary or wage expenditure to employ extra full time labors to assist them to achieve to raise aim of productivity. But in fact, they neglect to consider other disadvantages to cause their labors to feel tiring and unfair treatment and reduce their standard of life, due to their labors will not increase salary or wage very much and who also need to work very long hours per working day. Hence, I shall indicate evidences to prove why abnormal work hours method can only raise productivity in the short term, but this method can not raise productivity in the long term and it can also influence overall society economic decline and it can also influence labors' standard of life to be poor. In the final, I shall also recommend how employers, such as Hong Kong and China employers how to change their methods to achieve to raise their productivity in the long term.
