Introduction The present chapter offers the background of this study and specifically focusing on the definitions, Concept, dimension, determinants, theories, classification, development of personality by Sigmund Freud Allport, Cattell, Eysenck, Skinner and so many. The main aim of this study is to measure the personality difference between three types of gender like male, female and third gender and five types of subjects like married, unmarried, assumes Sanyaasa, sex workers and third gender with the helping tools of Rorschach Inkblot Test and Big Five Personality Inventory. This chapter also presents the total information about research subjects. Finally, the chapter defines the scope of the present work along with the necessary rationale. The main aim of to measure the personality traits of gender and their category. It is worthwhile to study the 'nature' and traits of personality. Personality is the complete and unified outcome of all the developmental processes through which individual passes. It includes everything about the person i.e. physical, social, mental, spiritual, and character make-up. What we are and what we hope to be is our personality. It is the distinctive pattern of an individual's qualities. 2. Introduction of Personality Personality is a concept that we use continuously in our day-to-day routine, when dealing with people we talk about people as having a good personality or a bad personality or arrogant personality or aggressive personality sometimes we refer to disagreement among people a being due to personality conflict. Personality can be reflected in a person's temperament and is a key factor influencing individual behavior in organization.
