Excelente libro, aunque es para terapeutas y yo no lo soy, el lenguaje a pesar de que tiene algunos tecnicismos, es bastante digerible, además de que es sumamente práctico con mapas mentales, y cuadros para poder aplicar las estrategias que menciona el libro, altamente recomendable
