Los gemelos Fábio Moon y Gabriel Bá nacieron en 1976 en São Paulo (Brasil), ciudad en la que siguen residiendo a día de hoy. Llevan quince años contando historias a través del cómic, y su obra ha sido publicada en doce idiomas. En 2007, recibieron su primera nominación a los Premios Eisner por De:Tales y, al año siguiente, ganaron tres de estos galardones por su labor en 5, The Umbrella Academy y Sugarshock!.
