Nancy Allen is American. She is in her early thirties, blonde, attractive and independent. She is in total control of her life until the Passarella family decide she is unwittingly to smuggle their illegal merchandise into America. Nancy is taken hostage by gunmen and it appears to both the US authorities and the press that Nancy is a willing accomplice. She manages to escape and her influential father, General Rich Allen, decides she must go to Europe for her safety. British Major Christian Chambers is assigned to protect her. Christian twice saves Nancy's life as the criminals try to kill her. Nancy is determined to prove her innocence and she and Christian realise that locating the criminal's European headquarters at "The Warehouse" is the key to proving her innocence. Their search leads to a chase throughout several European countries during which Nancy becomes increasingly dependent on Christian and attracted to him.
