Jill Barklem (nacida Gillian Gaze; 23 de mayo de 1951 – 15 de noviembre de 2017) fue una escritora e ilustradora británica, reconocida por su serie de libros infantiles "Brambly Hedge". Inspirada por la naturaleza de Epping, Essex, donde creció, Barklem creó un mundo detallado habitado por ratones que reflejan la vida rural inglesa.
