Lincoln Child es un autor estadounidense nacido el 13 de octubre de 1957 en Westport, Connecticut. Es conocido por sus novelas de thriller y techno-thriller, muchas de ellas coescritas con Douglas Preston. Antes de dedicarse a la escritura, trabajó como editor en St. Martin's Press, donde fundó la división de horror de la editorial.
