In this book, you will learn all the lessons of the Dog, including: Dog Virtue: Loyal - Protect Your Family and Friends Dogs are famous for their loyalty. Loyalty means protecting your family and friends including their person, reputation, and possessions. Being alert to danger, and prepared to help, is how we protect our friends and family. Dog Body Mechanic Lesson: Lift Your Head Dogs raise their head up, pluck up their ears, and look all around. When you hold up your head you feel stronger and more confident. Holding up your head is healthy for your neck and shoulders. Learning how to both hold up your head and tilt your chin down, protects your jaw and neck from injury. Dog Drills: Rolling and Tumbling Dogs are great at rolling. For dogs rolling and tumbling are a fun part of the way they move, play and hunt. Learning how to roll and tumble prevents you from getting injured if you fall or are thrown. Everyone loves tumbling. We have a great, safe method of teaching rolling that begins on the ground. Dog Moves: Dog Boxing When Dogs fight they often roll around on the ground. For self defense we don't want to be on the ground. We would like to turn a fall into a roll, and come back up to standing quickly.
