The event known as the DarkStar has come and gone, the Throne of Darkness ripped from the grasp of the one who reached for it, taken forever from their grasp. Of the two marked for sacrifice one survives, saved by the efforts of Morgan, Harrath, Styler, and those who accompanied them, snatched away from the jaws of death. Six are named; Priestess, Apprentice, Soldier, Assassin, Judgement, Spinner As the company breach from the Shadowpeak Mountains, from Tor Arrimor, from the havoc them have caused, they split. Morgan must journey south, back to the city of her birth, Crez'Takor, there she must claim the birthright that is by rights hers, something she still has no desire to do, but something that Harrath has told her she must do. Harrath must go north, to seek the elves, following the instructions that the shade of Deepmark, Ishmayr, had given him. Inarldan he has been named. The weavings of the prophecy still snake their way through the land, intermingling with all that they touch, marking all. Powers stir, powers rise, the ShadowLord makes his move.
