As leader of the country's most lucrative organized crime family, Gimp and his mob are fast becoming victims of their own success as three competing parasitic crime families are threatening war if Gimp does not turn over a share of his lucrative rackets to them. With a growing sense of desperation, corrupt city fixer-politician, Sol Bernstein, convinces Gimp to use his name recognition as an "unorthodox" successful businessman to fuel a Gimp long shot electoral run for mayor with the intent to enlist the forces of municipal government in support of his citywide mob war. Can the country's most financially successful crime boss lead the country's largest city out of its darkest hour while simultaneously engaged in a mob war for his own survival?
