Fainting Felines is focused on student learning. Nearly every chapter begins with patient vignettes, many based on literature cases. The general concepts of physiology are conveyed without jargon, using analogies from everyday life. It integrates physiology with the clinically relevant biochemistry, chemistry, cell biology, molecular science and physics.
