Once the Armstrong's are settled close to Cheyanne Wells, Coyote Woman becomes obsessed with the curse of The Echo of the Moon. Carl Armstrong tries to convince Retha it's an old wives tale. When he fails, he agrees to go with her on her journey to pursue her fears, but his father Joe Armstrong doesn't want the young man to make the trip alone, so Joe's brother Charles accompanies the twosome. Strange and dangerous things happen on this incredible expedition. Do they listen closely to the warning of the sacred clowns? Or will this be a quest that brings them to a fatal ending?
