He is also an independent consultant working with companies in sales and marketing, management, and leadership development. Previously, he was the Minnesota Enrollment & Marketing Manager for Cardinal Stritch University. Prior to that, he was the Director of Continuing Education and The Leadership Institute for Winona State University in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to that position, he taught business and management for four years at Winona State University, and served as adjunct at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Concordia University in St. Paul, Viterbo University in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, Saint Mary's University of MN, and The University of Minnesota. From 1975 though 2001, Dave was successful in sales, marketing, and sales and marketing management for public and private companies in the wine and spirits, industrial, and medical supply industries.
